
Stampede Add Yemi Ogunoye To Roster

BOISE, Idaho, December 24, 2009 - The Idaho Stampede announced today the acquisition of forward Yemi Ogunoye.
Ogunoye (6-9, 210) spent the 2008-09 season and this season with the Tulsa 66ers in the NBA Development League. In 49 games last season, Ogunye averaged 6.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game.
"I am thrilled to add an NBA D-League veteran like Ogunoye to our roster," said Stampede Head Coach Bob MacKinnon. "I really think he will make a significant contribution to our team."
The Cedar Hill, TX native spent graduated from Oral Roberts University where he averaged 3.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game during his senior season.
Ogunoye will wear number 21 and will be in uniform this Saturday, Dec. 26th when the Stampede take on division foe Utah Flash at home.
