Ports To Host District 8 Little League Signups

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Ports are proud to announce that Banner Island Ballpark will play host to the District 8 Little League signups for the 2010 season on Saturday, January 2 and Saturday, January 9. Signups will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on both days.
Aspiring Little Leaguers can get a taste of playing on a professional field, as the outfield will be open for children and families to play catch. No cleats will be allowed on the Ports field.
The fun bounce house and giant slide from the Bank of Stockton Kids Zone will also be set up for fans to enjoy free of charge. The newly renovated Ports Team Store will also be open on both days, and fans can enjoy a one-day sale of 15% off all items in the store.
Ports staff will also be available to give ballpark tours.
