Sea Dogs Remain #2 On CHL's Top Ten List

SAINT JOHN, NB --- The Canadian Hockey League unveiled its 2009-10 Week Eleven BMO MasterCard Top Ten rankings today, with the Saint John Sea Dogs coming in at #2 on the prestigious list for the second straight week.

The full BMO CHL MasterCard Top Ten Rankings can be found below:

1 - Windsor Spitfires, OHL (21-3-0-3)

2 - Saint John Sea Dogs, QMJHL (23-4-1-0)

3 - Saskatoon Blades, WHL (19-3-0-3)

4 - Drummondville Voltigeurs, QMJHL (20-4-0-2)

5 - Barrie Colts, OHL (19-4-0-1)

6 - Mississauga St. Michael's Majors, OHL (19-4-2-0)

7 - Tri-City Americans, WHL 18-6-0-0

8 - Victoriaville Tigres, QMJHL (19-7-0-1)

9 - Calgary Hitmen, WHL (19-8-0-0)

10 - Kitchener Rangers, OHL (16-6-1-2)

Saint John will take on the #4 team in the country on Friday night at Harbour Station when the '09 President's Cup Champion Drummondville Voltigeurs skate into town for a much-anticipated 7:30pm showdown. The Sea Dogs defeated the reigning league champs last Friday night at the Marcel Dionne Centre by a score of 4-3 in a shootout.
