Rusty the RailCat has been busy this off-season straightening things up around the ballpark, and now he's giving fans a chance to pick up some of his buried treasures at Rusty's first-ever Holiday Steel "Yard Sale".All the great RailCats merchandise you missed out on the last few summers will be on sale at clearance prices, with huge discounts on everything from t-shirts and hats to jerseys and holiday ornaments. Plus, the 'Cats clubhouse has been cleaned too, meaning used bases, game-worn helmets and more are all up for grabs!
Rusty's Holiday Steel "Yard Sale" will be Saturday, December 12 at U. S. Steel Yard, with the doors opening for this one-day-only event at 10 a.m. and closing at 3 p.m. Season tickets, mini-plans and flex tickets will also be on sale, plus hungry fans can get $1 hot dogs, sodas and candy.
And what would an event at The Steel Yard be without Rusty and friends? The first feline of RailCats baseball will be decked out in his spiffy Santa Suit, taking pictures with good little boys and girls. Plus RailCats Manager Greg Tagert and select players will be on hand taking your questions as they prepare for 2010.
