Ottawa 67's News Release
Last night's game against the Plymouth Whalers had everyone on the edge of their seats. The second period ended with a score of 3-1 for the Whalers. Our boys came out flying in the third period though, fired up and ready to win. Our team scored 3 unanswered goals in the period to win the game 4-3! This was our boys fourth straight win, their longest winning streak of the season! Keep up the good work guys!
During the first intermission the Leitrim Hawks Novice B1 team showed us some of their skills and showed the fan the stars that they are. The second intermission featured the West End Warriors, they played some grade A hockey with their Groucho glasses on. Great games boys and girls, you kept the crowd very entertained!
Last night's game was also a very special occasion. The crowd attempted to set a new world record! The record would be the most people wearing Groucho glasses in the same place at the same time, stay tuned to see if the record was set!

Our fans of the game are Robert, Ryan and Jacob. Their favorite part about coming to the games is watching our boys score big goals and make great saves. That's my favorite part too!
Keep cheering boys!
Our season ticket holder of the game is Jimmy Potvin. Jimmy has been a fan of the team for a very long time now. His favorite part about coming to 67's games is the atmosphere in the stands and cheering on his favorite player, No. 10, Marc-Anthony Zanetti.
Good job being such a great fan Jimmy!
Our group of the game is the Gloucester Rangers Peewee A team. They were pretty rowdy last night, but did an awesome job cheering on our team.
Good luck with your season guys!
Our player of the game is, No. 10, Marc-Anthony Zanetti. He had a great game last night scoring the winning goal and adding an assist for a total of 2 points. Marc-Anthony's favorite subject in school is math and when he's not busy playing hockey he likes to watch movies with his friends.
Great game Marc-Anthony!
