Thrashers Come Calling For Machacek

The Atlanta Thrashers have recalled right wing SPENCER MACHACEK (muh-HA-chehk) from the Chicago Wolves.

The 21-year-old forward shares first on the team with 10 points (3G, 7A) in 13 games this season. His seven assists rank second on the squad, while his three goals share fifth.

Last season, MACHACEK ranked second on the Wolves and shared 14th among American Hockey League rookies with 48 points (23G, 25A) in a team-high 77 games during his first professional season. He also made his National Hockey League debut in two outings with the Thrashers.
