Winnipeg Blue Bombers News Release
WINNIPEG, MB - Blue Bomber players have teamed up to support the 'Blue Out' for tomorrow's game against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. The players of the 2009 Blue Bombers have purchased a block of tickets to donate to various Winnipeg communities and charities. The tickets were purchased using the players 'fine' money that has accumulated throughout the season.
"We are all very pleased to help support local communities and give some kids the chance to come out and watch the game, who may not otherwise have that opportunity", said Bomber defensive tackle and player rep Doug Brown.
