Toros Coaching Staff Hosts Coach's Clinic This Saturday

AUSTIN, TX (October 22, 2009) Toros Head Coach Quin Snyder and staff will host a coaching clinic this Saturday, October 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hoop Zone, 826 Rutland Drive. The clinic will offer best practices, on-court demonstrations, and a question/answer session for coaches at every level.

Additionally, Aaron Page with Hoop Zone will offer a free shooting clinic immediately following the coach's clinic. Adult and youth leagues are invited to attend as a group or individually, as well as AAU, select, and public or private school coaches.

"My staff and I are looking forward to talking basketball to all coaches that love this game," said Coach Snyder. "Come Saturday and be prepared to join us as we take you through components of our player development program."

Snyder added, "We've led the D-League in NBA call-ups two years in a row and are committed to helping our players improve individually as they also gain a greater understanding of the game."

Registration is $12 and includes the clinic, lunch, and a ticket to the Toros home opener on Friday, November 27th against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. Call the Toros office to register or visit austintoros.com to download the registration form.
