Judges give the Sharks a perfect 10

SIMSBURY, CT - The Worcester Sharks defeated the Hartford Wolf Pack 10-3 in preseason action at the in the International Skating Center of Connecticut on Sunday afternoon.
Fourteen different Sharks recorded at least one point while seven of those had multiple points as the Sharks went 4for4 on the power play.
Captain Ryan Vesce had four assists, Michael Wilson had three points (2-1-3), and Brandon Mashinter recorded two goals in his first game in a Worcester Sharks uniform.
The Sharks led 5-1 after twenty minutes of play as Will Colbert got the scoring going just 73 seconds into the contest.
Ryan Nie made 30 saves in net for Worcester playing the entire game. Tom Morrow, Logan Couture, Dwight Helminen, Dan DaSilva, and T.J. Trevelyan also scored for the Sharks.
NOTES: The Sharks outshot the Wolf Pack 40-33... Ryan Vesce led all skaters with a +5... The Sharks went 4/4 on the power play while the Wolf Pack went 2/5.... Zach Jones dropped the gloves with Devin DiDiomete early in the second period... Nick Petrecki made his Sharks debut and recorded an assist and was +1.
The Sharks finished their preseason schedule 1-2-0-0.
Worcester's training camp in preparation for the season opener on Saturday, Oct. 3 at Adirondack against the Phantoms will conclude on Sept. 30.
