Wolf Pack Start Training Camp Saturday

HARTFORD, September 18, 2009: Hartford Wolf Pack general manager Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the Wolf Pack's 2009 training camp will begin tomorrow, Saturday, September 19, at the XL Center. The first on-ice session will begin at 9:00 AM.

The squad of 38 players on hand for the start of camp will be divided into two groups. The current schedule for the first two days of the camp (September 19-20) is for one group to practice from 9:00-9:45, both groups to face off against one another in a scrimmage from 10:00-10:55 and the second group to practice from 11:10-12 Noon. The specific schedule for the rest of the camp is to be determined.

The Wolf Pack's first of four 2009 preseason games is this Wednesday, September 23 at Trinity College's Koeppel Community Sports Center, vs. the Worcester Sharks, at 7:00.

Following is the roster of players who will open training camp with the Wolf Pack:

The Wolf Pack's 2009-10 regular-season home schedule kicks off Saturday, October 10 at the XL Center against the Springfield Falcons (7:00). Once again this season, tickets to the home opener are only $10 each.
