Clearwater Threshers News Release
Clearwater, FL-The 7:00 pm game tonight between the Clearwater Threshers and the Lakeland Flying Tigers at Bright House Field has been suspended due to heavy rain.
The game started on time, but went into a delay at 7:51 pm and was called at 8:51 pm. The game is currently in the bottom of the fourth inning with the Flying Tigers leading 1-0.
The game will be completed August 12 at 5:00 pm as part of a doubleheader. The second game will be a seven inning game and will begin 20-minutes after the conclusion of the first game.
The Threshers will be back in town starting next Wednesday, July 15th. Next week will feature great promotional nights such as, 80's Night, Back to Football Night, and Motorcycle Night & Fireworks during the Threshers six game home stand.
