The majority of the Springfield Cardinals are currently enjoying the two-day Texas League All-Star Break, while eight are gearing up to participate in tonight's All-Star Game, held at Dr. Pepper Ballpark, in Frisco, Texas.

2B Daniel Descalso and OF Tyler Henley will start for the North Division, while Daryl Jones, Pete Kozma, Steven Hill, Trey Hearne, Lance Lynn and Francisco Samuel will all suit up and come off the bench in the Texas League's 73rd mid-summer classic. The game will begin at 7:05pm.

Your First Half North Division Champion Springfield Cardinals resume second-half action on Thursday night, taking on the Frisco RoughRiders in the opening game of a six-game home stand.

St. Louis Cardinals' right-hander Kyle Lohse, on the Disabled List since early June with a right forearm strain, is scheduled to start for the Springfield Cardinals on Thursday night at Hammons Field.
