From Twinkies to boy bands, everyone has something they hate to admit they like. To allow fans the opportunity to confess their hidden vices, the Gwinnett Braves host "I Hate To Admit It...But I Like It" Day at Gwinnett Stadium on Thursday, May 26 when the G-Braves take on the Indianapolis Indians (Pittsburgh Pirates) at 2:05 p.m. Future Hall-of-Famer Tom Glavine is the anticipated starter for Thursday's game.
To help solicit fan confessions, the G-Braves will perform take-offs on three TV game shows: Let's Make A Deal, Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader and Don't Forget the Lyrics. Prizes for the games include hidden indulgences such as Spam and the National Enquirer. One-hit wonders will make up the game's play list, with concession stands featuring double cheeseburgers, fried Twinkies and Oreos and ice cream on funnel cakes.
