
Hitmen to host Swift Current Friday, Brandon Sunday in Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss

HITMEN HEADLINES: The Calgary Hitmen, riding a season high nine game winning streak, are back in the Pengrowth Saddledome Friday night to host the Swift Current Broncos. The Hitmen have had six full days off since last Friday's 6-1 home ice win over Prince Albert. Four Hitmen had three point nights; Brett Sonne 2g 1a, Brandon Kozun 1g 2a, Kyle Bortis 1g 2a and Alex Plante 3a. Carson McMillan and Paul Postma also scored for Calgary who held period leads of 1-0 and 4-1. Calgary outshot Prince Albert 26-25 with Martin Jones making 25 saves for the win, including 13 in the first period. The Hitmen went 2-3 on the powerplay while the Raiders were 1-3.
VS SWIFT CURRENT: Friday is the second of four meetings with Swift Current. Calgary leads the season series 1-0.
Nov. 11 in Swift Current; Hitmen 2 Broncos 1. Hitmen overcame a 1-0 deficit.

The Hitmen will then open a U-S road trip on Wednesday, December 2nd against the defending Memorial Cup Champion Spokane Chiefs.
