Sioux Falls, S.D. (September 29, 2008) - The Sioux Falls Skyforce announced today that nine former players are on 2008-09 NBA training camp rosters. Training camp consists of practices and preseason games used to determine which players will make an NBA team's opening day roster. The NBA's 115-game preseason schedule tips off on Sunday, Oct. 5 as the Golden State Warriors visit the New Orleans Hornets and the Detroit Pistons visit the Miami Heat.

The NBA regular season tips off on Tuesday, Oct. 28 as the Cleveland Cavaliers visit the defending champion Boston Celtics, the Milwaukee Bucks visit the Chicago Bulls and the Portland Trail Blazers visit the Los Angeles Lakers.
Season tickets are now on sale for the 2008-09 season. Discounts and benefits are also available for groups of 10 or more. The home opener is set for Friday, Nov. 28 against the Iowa Energy.
