
Kalamazoo's Favorite Mascot Visits Three Events Over the Next Four Days

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the International Hockey League, announce that the KC Auto Land K-Wings Uplander along with Kalamazoo's favorite mascot, Slappy will cruising around Southwest Michigan over the next four days.
It will be a busy Saturday (9/13) morning for Slappy as Kalamazoo's favorite mascot will be involved in the Multiple Scoliosis (MS) Walk occurring downtown at the KVCC Arcadia Campus. Slappy will be greeting the walk's participants starting at 8:30 a.m.
Slappy will head to Bronson Park to greet participants for the Diabetes Walk starting at 9 a.m.
On Monday, it's all about the kids, as Slappy heads to the St. Joseph County Fair for Kids Day. Fans can meet Slappy, who will be signing autographs at the Sturgis Journal table from 2-4 p.m.
