Suns Cook Up Montgomery Biscuits Through Saturday

JACKSONVILLE, FL - The Suns return to the Baseball Grounds to host the Montgomery Biscuits beginning Tuesday, August 12! The Biscuits make their first and only trip to Jacksonville for five games through Saturday, August 16!

The homestand begins Tuesday night with a Fifty-Cent Family Feast Night! Enjoy $.50 hot dogs, peanuts and ice cream treats, courtesy of Blue Bell Ice Cream, Hampton Farms, Folio Weekly and 99.9 Gator Country.

Wednesday, August 13, is the Suns' annual Christmas in August! The first 1,000 fans receive a photoball of Hall of Famer and former Jacksonville pitcher Phil Niekro, courtesy of Comcast and Lite 96.1! All fans receive a free gift as part of Christmas in August - come early for the best selection, including bobbleheads, figurines and more! The Salvation Army will be in attendance with a special fundraiser, and be sure to meet Santa Claus! Plus, show your Sam's Club member card for a $2 discount at the ticket windows!

August 14 is the FINAL Thursday Night Throwdown of the season! Enjoy Buds for a Buck and other great drink specials, sponsored by Budweiser, Bacardi, Three Olives Vodka and Planet Radio 107.3!

Friday night, August 15, is a night to really get lucky at the Baseball Grounds! Some lucky fans will win a quality used car as part of Used Car Giveaway Night, courtesy of Coggin Auto, Jerry Hamm Chevrolet, Matheny Jaguar and Subaru of Jacksonville! The first 3,000 adults will receive Suns playing cards sponsored by The Poker Room and WFXJ AM930 The Fox, and the first 1,000 kids receive inflatable bats from BB&T! Plus, three lucky fans could win up to $300,000 as part of the BB&T Triple Play Giveaway! Stick around after the game for Friday Family Fireworks, presented by NAPA Auto Parts!

The Suns wrap up the series with a special afternoon matinee game Saturday at 1:05PM! All kids receive a Suns back-to-school notebook, sponsored by Gate, First Coast News 12 & 25 and 97.9 KISS FM. Stop by area Gate locations for free kids' general admission tickets! Plus, after the game, Kids Run the Bases, presented by Metro PCS!
