MONTGOMERY - The Tampa Bay Rays have made two roster changes affecting the Montgomery Biscuits.

LHP David Price has been promoted to Durham (AAA- International League). Price is the Rays number one prospect and in just nine starts, twice won the Southern League's pitcher of the week award. Price remained perfect as a pro, going 7-0 with a 1.89 ERA with the Biscuits. Overall, Price heads to Durham, 11-0 in 15 professional starts between Advanced A - Vero Beach and AA - Montgomery.

RHP Heath Rollins has been promoted from Vero Beach (A-Advanced - Florida State League). Rollins will assume Price's spot in the Biscuits rotation after going 5-11 with a 3.30 ERA at Vero Beach. Rollins' best outing at Advanced A was a complete game three hit shutout on June 8, where he struck out 10 and walked none. In 21 starts, he struck out 115 and walked just 27, while Florida State League opponents hit .228 against him.

The Biscuits now have 24 active players and three on the disabled list.
