
Mud Hens Return Home For Seven Games

Toledo returns home for a four-game series versus Pawtucket Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday then host Indianapolis for a three-game set from Tuesday through Thursday.
Toledo Mud Hens Promotions for July 25-31
Friday, July 25 (Pawtucket, 1st pitch at 7:00 PM - Gates open at 6:00) - The Mud Hens will host the Pawtucket Red Sox in the opening game of the four-game series. Friday night will be NW Ohio Komen for the Cure Night and the players will be wearing special pink jerseys. The game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off throughout the game with all proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Fifth Third Field will hold a Girl Scout sleepover as well as the traditional post-game fireworks show. Saturday, July 26 (Pawtucket, 1st pitch at 7:00 PM - Gates open at 5:30) - Game two between the Hens and Sox will begin with a pre-game ceremony recognizing the two Mud Hens that are members of Team USA - Mike Hessman and Blaine Neal. Post-game activities include a high school home run derby between Whitmer's Nick Broyles and Sylvania Southview's Matt Joseph. There will also be a Boy Scout sleep over and fireworks show. Sunday, July 27 (Pawtucket, 1st Pitch at 6:30 PM - Gates open at 5:30) - Sunday evening at Fifth Third Field will be Latino Heritage Night. There will be a pre-game strolling Mariachi band and folklore dancers. Diego from Go Diego Go will be making an appearance as well. In following with Mud Hens tradition, Sunday is autograph Sunday and Applebee's Kids Run the Bases. Monday, July 28 (Pawtucket, 1st Pitch at 12:00 PM - Gates open at 11:00) - The Hens and Sox will conclude the four-game series with an afternoon affair on Monday. It is Senior Day and Summer Recreation Day. Fifth Third Field welcome Ronald McDonald. The contest between the Hens and the Sox can be heard live on Fox Sports Radio 1230 AM and seen live on BCSN.
Tuesday, July 29 (Indianapolis, 1st Pitch at 7:00 PM - Gates open at 6:00) - The Hens welcome the Indians to town for a three-game series starting on Tuesday. It is Disability Awareness Night and there will be a pre-game ceremony held in its honor. Wednesday, July 30 (Indianapolis, 1st Pitch at 7:00 PM - Gates open at 6:00) - The Hens and Indians play on and Farmers' Insurance baseball caps will be given away to 1,000 random fans. The post-game home run derby finals will showcase Bedford's Matt Drew and two other top competitors. Thursday, July 31 (Indianapolis, 1st Pitch at 7:00 PM - Gates open at 6:00) - The Hens and Indians wrap up the three-game series on Thursday night. Fifth Third Field will hold a "Tribute to Bob Night". All game participants will be referred to as "Bob." SpongeBob Squarepants will also be making an appearance.
