Great Lakes Loons News Release

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and the Great Lakes Loons have combined forces for a special charitable event at Dow Diamond on Mother's Day. Fans attending the Loons' game May 4 against the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers are encouraged to bring donations for the Bay Area Women's Shelter in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Movers for Moms program.

The goal of the event is to make Mother's Day brighter for the women living in the shelter.

The Bay City Women's Shelter is seeking new socks and underwear, personal care items (such as shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes and toothpaste), cleaning supplies and non-perishable pantry items.

In addition to Dow Diamond, the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Bay City location at 105 Garfield Avenue will serve as a drop-off location for donations.

Tickets are available for the Loons' May 4 Mother's Day game and for all remaining regular season games by calling 989-837-BALL or by visiting Loons.com.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is the largest franchised moving company in North America. It includes more than 190 locations and more than 1,300 trucks on the road. Each location is independently owned and operated and sells boxes and packing supplies. Locations complete both home and business moves as well as packing and unpacking services.
