Tulsa Drillers News Release
Due to the bad weather, that accompanied last week's tryouts, the Tulsa Drillers have scheduled another set of National Anthem tryouts. On Friday, April 4, the Drillers will hold open auditions for those interested in singing during the 2008 season. The auditions will take place at Drillers Stadium and will run from 12PM until 3PM. Singers will be allowed to perform on a first-come, first-served basis.
The club will be looking for individuals and groups to sing the Star Spangled Banner before selected Drillers games this season. The team schedules live performances of the anthem before several games at Drillers Stadium each year. Selected performers will be scheduled to sing during the summer.
