
Fury Add Goaltender Archibald

MUSKEGON - The Muskegon Fury today announce the signing of goalie Alex Archibald to a professional tryout.
Archibald, 20, recently finished his season with the Edmonton Oil Kings of the WHL. In 50 games this season, he posted a 16-24-9 record, a .915 save percentage, a 2.91 goals against average and three shutouts. Archibald (6-foot-1, 185 pounds) played a total of four season in the WHL with Edmonton, Chilliwack and Prince Albert, posting a career mark of 40-66-21 with nine shutouts.
The native of Ottawa, Ont., will be in uniform for the Muskegon Fury as they host the Bloomington Prairie Thunder tonight at Walker Arena.
