Bravehearts Name New Manager

September 28, 2018 - The Worcester Bravehearts today named Westborough-native Alex Dion as the fourth Manager in the team's history. Dion, who was an Assistant Coach for the Bravehearts in 2018, takes over for J.P. Pyne after he left in August to become the Head Coach of the Amherst College baseball program. Dion is a 2011 graduate of Western New England University and has coached locally for the past seven years. Bravehearts and Sharks Crowned Co-Champions

August 13, 2018 - Oak Bluffs, MA - The Worcester Bravehearts and Martha's Vineyard Sharks went into Monday night in a winner-take-all game three of the FCBL Championship series. The outcome, after an hour-long rain delay, was that both teams would be co-champions of the league for the first time in history instead of extending the series any further. Sharks Stay Alive with Win over Bravehearts

August 12, 2018 - Worcester, MA - Martha's Vineyard scored four runs over the course of the first three innings, and that was enough as Sharks defeated the Bravehearts, 4-2, in Game Two of the FCBL Championship series at Hanover Insurance Park at Fitton Field on Sunday afternoon. The Sharks were hot from the get-go. Tyler Wincig and Matt Oldham reached base with one out in the top of the first.
