August 2, 2018 - ELMIRA, NEW YORK -Elmira announced their first five hiring's for their inaugural season at First Arena during today's press conference. Alex Jones as Director of Community Relations, Austin Simon as Director of Ticket Sales, Kane Cowper as Operations Manager, Jonathan Kliment as Broadcaster, and Troy Costantino as Account Executive will join Owner Robbie Nichols and General Manager Marc Witt as members of CAN-USA Sports, the parent company of the new Franchise.

When asked about what made him decide to return after a season filled with rumors of his retirement Niedert said "Robbie (Nichols) made the decision for me to come back easy. August 2, 2018 - ELMIRA, NEW YORK -Today Elmira revealed the man selected to lead their squad in their first season, Head Coach Brent Clarke.
Brent Clarke, 31, is a native of Bolton, Ontario. Brent has had a successful playing career in over 400 pro hockey games, including the IHL, ECHL, CHL, SPHL, and the FHL.
When asked about how he felt about coming to Elmira, Brent said "The last time I coached in New York State I won a championship with the Watertown Wolves, so I am excited about coming back. I have played a couple of games aga... Full Story
July 19, 2018 - Elmira, NY - The Federal Hockey League announced on Tuesday that it will be expanding to Elmira, NY for the 2018-2019 season.
The franchise is owned by Robbie Nichols, former General Manager of the Elmira Jackals and current co-owner of the Elmira Pioneers of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League.
