Yearwood Family to Hold Funeral in Las Vegas

(Bakersfield, CA) - The Bakersfield Blitz announced today, that the family of Julian Yearwood Sr. will hold a funeral service Saturday, July 26, at 11:00 am in Las Vegas, Nevada. The service will be held at Palm Mortuary located at 7600 South Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
In honor of Julian Yearwood the Bakersfield Blitz have setup a Memorial Fund for Yearwood's twelve-year-old son, Julian Jr.
The fund is called The Bakersfield Blitz in care of Julian Yearwood Jr. Memorial Fund. Donations are asked to be sent to the Blitz office located at 4600 Ashe Road Suite 319, Bakersfield, CA 93313. Donations through credit cards will also be accepted over the phone at (661) 634-9132.
In honor of Yearwood, the Blitz players will wear black patches on their uniforms with the number 42 in white numbering. The organization will no longer issue the jersey number 42 until further notice.
