Yard Dawgz Invite Ladies to Participate in Arena Football Action

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Yard Dawgz Football Academy is hosting a Ladies Arena Football 101 clinic on Thursday, June 11th at 7:00 p.m. at the Cox Convention Center.
Ladies attending Arena Football 101 will get a hands-on education of the game and learn the rules and strategies of Arena Football from Yard Dawgz players and coaches. Every woman in attendance will learn how to throw, catch, block, run pass routes and how to catch footballs off of the nets just as if they were playing in a real Arena Football game.
They will also get an official tour of the field, offices and locker rooms, which will be set up as if it was gameday. Yard Dawgz players and coaches will also be available for a picture and autograph session. Official Yard Dawgz merchandise and season tickets for the remaining home schedule will be available for purchase. The cost of the clinic is $40 and includes a complimentary ticket voucher for the Yard Dawgz June 13th home game against the Milwaukee Iron, as well as a Ladies Arena Football 101 t-shirt.
"I know that there are lots of ladies within the metro area who would love the opportunity to come onto the field, meet our players and coaching staff and at the same time learn more about the game of football," said Yard Dawgz General Manager Christie Cook."Our upcoming Ladies Arena Football 101 clinic will provide these experiences and much more! After the Ladies Arena Football 101 clinic, join the Yard Dawgz at Red Pin Bowling in Bricktown for free appetizers and the Adopt-a-Dawg Charity Date Auction. All the ladies who attended the clinic can bid on dates with their favorite Yard Dawgz players. Proceeds for the Ladies Arena Football 101 and the Adopt-a-Dawg charity date auction will go to benefit the Yard Dawgz Charitable Foundation.
