OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz were assigned FB/LB Michael Tolbert and OL/DL Chuck Little by the arenafootball2 league office.
Tolbert (6'0, 255) has played in 32 regular season games over the last two seasons with the Yard Dawgz. During that time, he collected 57 total tackles (9.5 for a loss) and 5 sacks. In 2007, Tolbert had an impressive 5 blocked kicks. As a fullback, Tolbert carried the ball 26 times, gained 79 tough yards and 2 TDs. A graduate of Baylor University, Tolbert was a 4 year letter winner in football and lettered in track in 2005.
af2 veteran, Little (6'4, 310), has played for the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz and Tulsa Talons over the course of three seasons (2004, 2005, 2006). His af2 stats include 19 total tackles, 4 tackles for a loss, 5 sacks, 3 pass breakups, and 2 fumble recoveries. The John Marshall High School (Oklahoma City, OK) graduate played at Northeastern Oklahoma State University under Head Coach Mike Lloyd.
