Wranglers to Host Free Agent Camp

Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Wranglers(r) announced today they will host their third Free Agent Camp Friday, August 26, through Sunday, August 28.

The Las Vegas Wranglers Professional Hockey Free Agent Camp offers players the opportunity to put their hockey skills on display for members of the Las Vegas coaching staff and a chance at receiving an invitation to the 2011-12 Las Vegas Wranglers training camp. This year's Free Agent Camp will be held at the SOBE Ice Arena at the Fiesta Rancho Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Tryout spots are limited. All players must be between 18 and 35 years old. Collegiate and/or semi-professional experience preferred. Camp registration fee is $180 and includes practice, scrimmage and skill development sessions. Players are responsible for transportation, per diem and hotel.

All practice sessions are open to the public for viewing. Tryouts are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Wranglers host Opening Night, billed as "The Last Professional Hockey Game on Earth," on Friday, October 21st, 2011 at 7:05 PM against Ontario. 2011-12 season seat packages are on sale now at (702) 471-PUCK. The Wranglers play all 36 regular season home games at the Orleans Arena, located adjacent to the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
