
WPS Releases 2009 Schedule - Breakers Single Game Tickets On-Sale 2/13/09

In yet another sign that women's soccer is returning to the Hub's pro sports scene, the Boston Breakers' 2009 schedule was unveiled Thursday afternoon as Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) announced its full composite slate for the league's Inaugural Season.
Single game tickets will go on sale for all home games on Friday, Feb. 13, at 9:00 a.m. In addition, the Breakers have now put Group Tickets and Birthday Party Packages on sale for all home games.
The Breakers will be running a "Lucky 13" sales promotion on the opening day of single-game sales on Friday, Feb. 13, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Every 13th ticket order during the Lucky 13 promotion will receive a free 2009 PUMA Boston Breakers replica jersey.
Breakers Come to Terms With England Defender Alex Scott
The Boston Breakers announced the signing of English National Team defender Alex Scott to a multi-year contract this week. Scott becomes Boston's second international signing following Canada's Christine Latham, whose signing was announced on Jan. 9.
