2007 TRAINING CAMP KICKS OFF

The Manchester Wolves kicked off their training camp for the 2007 season on March 10, at Bedford's Rising Stars Sports Complex in New Hampshire.
Last Saturday's practice was the first for the 2007 season and kicked off Wolves Head Coach Ben Bennett's third year at the helm in Manchester where he has compiled an impressive 21-11 regular season and 1-2 playoff record. Bennett currently holds the most wins in the arenafootball2 league among active head coaches with 46.
Along with the practice schedule in March there will be a intra-squad scrimmage on March 17, 7-9pm (Rising Stars), Fan Fest II at the Hampshire Hills Hampshire Dome in Milford, NH which will feature a scrimmage between the Albany Conquest and the Manchester Wolves (March 21, 5:30-7:30pm), final cuts on March 22 and the Manchester Wolves 2007 Media Day on March 26 at 5pm at the Rising Stars Complex.
The Wolves will be entering their fourth season in Manchester playing on Brady Sullivan Field at the Verizon Wireless Arena with the 2007 season kicking off on March 31, against East Division rival Wilkes-Barre Scranton Pioneers and the home opener in Manchester, NH on April 21, against the Fort Wayne Fusion at 7:05pm.

2007 INDIVIDUAL TICKETS TO GO ON SALE

The Manchester Wolves, New Hampshire's professional arenafootball2 team, would like all football fans to know that the sale of individual game tickets for the 2007 season will become available next Tuesday March 20 at 10 a.m. at the Verizon Wireless Arena Box Office in Manchester, N.H.
Individual game tickets will first be available on March 20 and March 21 to Manchester Wolves season ticket and flex pack holders only before all eight regular season tickets become available to the general public on March 22.
The Wolves will be approaching their fourth season in Manchester on Brady Sullivan Field at the Verizon Wireless Arena. In the past two seasons under the guidance of head coach Ben Bennett the Wolves have compiled an impressive 22-13 record which includes an East Division Championship in 2005 and two back-to-back playoff births (2005-2006).
Ticket prices start as low as $9.75 for youth and $15.00 for adults with five other price marks ranging from $12.50 - $45.00. The Wolves home opener is set for Saturday, April 21 at 7:05 p.m. against the Fort Wayne Fusion, an opponent that will be entering their first season in the af2.

FAN FEST II - NEXT WEEK!

Manchester Wolves fans won't have to wait until the season opener to see their Wolves, New Hampshire's professional arenafootball2 team, in action. All fans are invited to attend the Wolves' second-ever arenafootball2 jamboree on Wednesday, March 21, as the Wolves, Milford Mustangs and Hampshire Hills Sports & Fitness Center present Fan Fest II at the brand new Hampshire Dome (50 Emerson Rd.) in Milford, N.H.
Fans will see exciting pre-season action starting at 5:30 p.m. till roughly 7:30 p.m., as the Wolves host division rival Albany Conquest for a series of scrimmages.
The 2007 Lady Wolf Pack dance team will also be on hand for their first public appearance. The Lady Wolf Pack were twice voted the league's third best dance team (2004-2005) along with being named the Best New Hampshire Dance Team for 2005 by NH Magazine. Blitz, the Wolves animated mascot, will be on hand to entertain and amuse the crowd with his usual antics. For the first time ever Blitz's new official vehicle will be on display and announced as well!
Fan Fest II is FREE to the public and will feature chances for fans to win some great Wolves and Mustang prize packs. The Mustangs Youth Football Team will hold raffles throughout the event, giving away a pair of Wolves season tickets, Wolves and Mustang merchandise and much more. Everyone will be a winner though, as the Wolves players, Lady Wolf Pack members and Blitz will be available to meet the fans during and after the pre-season tilt. So, fans are encouraged to bring pens or markers to have their Wolves memorabilia autographed!
Fan Fest II will be a fun-filled night for the whole family, so don't forget to bring the children, as there will be games on hand for them to play! Also Wolves fans, if you haven't signed up for the Manchester Wolves Cub Club, you can do so at the event or online at www.manchesterwolves.com. It's only $15 to be a Cub Club member, and just $12 to renew if you were a member last year!
The Hampshire Dome is a 94,000 thousand plus square foot arena that's covered by an air supported 70ft high roof. The brand new Hampshire Dome does not have seating, so fans are asked to bring their own chairs. For directions to the dome, visit www.hampshirehills.com.
The Milford Mustangs Youth Football and Cheerleading Association is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that was formed in December of 2005 and is open to boys and girls between the ages of 7-15 who reside in Milford, Wilton, Lyndeborough and other local communities.
"On behalf of the Milford Mustangs, I would like to express our appreciation to the Manchester Wolves and state that we are honored to be partnering with them in bringing this event to our hometown of Milford. As a new organization, we are constantly looking for opportunities to introduce ourselves to the community as well as generate interest in youth football and cheerleading," said Mustangs President Ed Palladino. "Being able to co-sponsor an event like this will accomplish these goals on a grand scale. We believe that Fan Fest will be a fun, exciting and rewarding event for us, the Wolves, Hampshire Hills and most importantly, the youth within our community.
