Wolves 2019-2020 Regular Season Schedule Announced

(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Sudbury Wolves, in conjunction with the Ontario Hockey League, are pleased to announce that the 2019-2020 OHL Schedule has been released.

Monday, the Wolves and OHL announced that the team would open the regular season on the road when they visit the Niagara IceDogs on Thursday September 19th at 7:00pm. The Wolves will then return to home ice on Friday September 27th to face off against Northern Rivals, the North Bay Battalion at 7:05pm at the Sudbury Arena for their 2019-20 Home Opener.

"We are looking forward to starting the season on the road before coming home and playing in front of our home crowd," said Sudbury Wolves Head Coach Cory Stillman.

The Wolves schedule will feature 19 Friday night home games, 9 Sundays, 4 Saturdays, 1 Wednesday and 1 Tuesday. Sunday February 9th will be quite different for Wolves fans as the Wolves will host the Niagara IceDogs at 7:05pm. All other Sunday games will take place at 2:05pm. Fridays, Saturdays and weekday games will all begin at 7:05pm.

"Our team is working on developing an exciting promotional schedule for fans this season and are diligently working to improve the fan's in-game experience from start to finish," said SWSE Marketing Manager, Miranda Swain. "We will see the return of fan favourites like the Teddy Bear Toss and Superhero game, along with some exciting new promotions as well. We want every game to be an extra special event for fans."
