Hartford Wolf Pack News Release

The Wolf Pack (32-27-2-0, 66 pts., .541 pts. percentage) improved to a high-water mark of five games above .500 this past week, by sweeping three games. The Wolf Pack trailed in all three contests, and were behind after two periods in two of them, and the three victories lifted Hartford to within one point of a playoff spot. On Friday night at Providence, Adam Tambellini scored twice in the third period and again in the shootout, and Luke Adam also had a shootout goal, as the Wolf Pack got by the Bruins, 3-2. The Pack gave up the first two goals of the game Saturday at home vs. Lehigh Valley, but recovered to score the final four, on the way to a 4-2 win. Mat Bodie and Jayson Megna had a goal and an assist each in that game. Then on Sunday in Portland, a pair of Ryan Graves goals in the third period brought the Wolf Pack back from a 3-2 deficit, in what would end up a 4-3 triumph.
