
Wisconsin Herd to Host Annual School Day Game Presented by BMO to Promote Mental Health

OSHKOSH, Wis. - The Wisconsin Herd, NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, will partner with BMO to host the sixth annual School Day Game on Wednesday, January 17th at 11:30 a.m. CST. The School Day Game is centered around promoting the importance of mental health for students of all ages.
More than 3,600 students from schools across Wisconsin will be in attendance. Each student will be provided a co-branded Herd and BMO lunchbox as well as an educational mental health booklet to promote and optimize positive mental health.

BMO has a long-standing legacy of supporting and funding mental health and over the last decade has contributed more than $17 million to enable access to mental health care programming, infrastructure, and research.
Healthy Teen Minds will be featured during the School Day Game as the "Nonprofit of the Night" presented by Bayland Buildings, Inc. Healthy Teen Minds works to improve the mental health of teens in the tri-county region of Outagamie, Calumet and Winnebago counties. The goal of the organization is to reduce the rate of depression among teens by implementing strategies that focus on prevention, promoting resiliency and coping skills among youth, and interventions for struggling teens. The group will also lead all students through an educational presentation at halftime reinforcing the importance of mental health.
During the game, there will be a teacher free-throw contest and dance-off, student recognition for academic achievements, and lots of Herd giveaways. Winning teachers will receive a financial donation from BMO to benefit their respective school.
