Winterhawks Announce Round 2 WHL Playoff Schedule

Portland Winterhawks News Release
Portland, Ore. - The Portland Winterhawks will face the Everett Silvertips in Round 2 of the 2024 WHL Playoffs, with the series opening this Friday and Saturday in Portland. The 2-seed Winterhawks swept the Victoria Royals in Round 1, while the 3-seed Silvertips knocked off the Vancouver Giants in five games.
Portland will host Games 1 and 2 of the series and Games 6 and 7 (if necessary) as the series is contested in a 2-3-2 format. Tickets to Winterhawks home games are available through Ticketmaster (links below) and by calling our ticket office at 503-236-4925. Tickets to Everett games are available through the Silvertips box office.
The U.S Division Champion Winterhawks went 6-2-0-0 against the Silvertips this year, including an eye-popping 10-2 victory at the VMC on Feb. 13. Portland and Everett faced off in last year's postseason as well, with the Hawks ousting the 'Tips in a five-game first-round matchup. Both clubs return many players who battled in that series, setting the stage for another fantastic U.S. Division showdown in the playoffs.
Games will be played at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland and Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett. The full schedule for the second-round series is below.
