FISHKILL, NY â The Hudson Valley Renegades would like to invite all Renegades fans, in celebration of their Tenth Anniversary season, to vote for the Renegades All-Decade Team.
Beginning on Monday, February 16, 2004 fans will be able to log onto the Renegades website (www.hvrenegades.com) and The Poughkeepsie Journal's website (www.poughkeepsiejournal.com) in order to cast their vote. Each week a new position will be posted to the website and fans that register will have the chance to win some "fabulous" Renegades prizes, including a pair of season tickets for life.
The members of the All-Decade Team will be honored in a special baseball card set that will be given away at the Renegades home game on June 26, 2004 at 7:11 p.m. The All-Decade Team card set is courtesy of Key Bank, The Poughkeepsie Journal and WPDH 101.5 FM.
Following the Baseball Card Set giveaway on June 26th, the jerseys of all All-Decade Team members will be auctioned off to benefit the Renegades Pitch For Kids Charitable Foundation. They are all game-used, authentic jerseys that will be autographed by the All-Decade Team player.
