
Wilderness Complete Sweep

Saturday night the Wilderness completed a three game sweep of the Minnnesota Magicians. After an early goal by Magicians' Nick Anderson (first period, 3:20) the Wilderness took over. Thomas Lindstrom and Jakob Romo both scored in the first period. Lindstrom's goal (6:23) was assisted by Eric Brenk. Jakob Romo's goal came at 18:19 assisted by Thomas Lindstrom and Jack Forbort. In the second period, Darian Romanko scored on a power play (16:06) assists by Billy Exell and Dominik Tiffels. Scoring in the third period, Eric Brenk had an empty netter (17:30) assisted by Billy Exell and Terry Leabo. Wilderness goalie, Frank Oplinger had 23 saves on 24 shot attempts.
