Wildcats Welcome Home Troops

FAYETTEVILLE – The Cape Fear Wildcats arenafootball2 team, including head coach Chris Siegfried and quarterback Mike Gluski, will welcome home members of the 74th Fighter Squadron Thursday afternoon at Pope Air Force Base.'s Manchester Gate.

Some 150 members of the 74th Fighter Squadron recently returned home after three months of service in southwest Asia. Siegfried and Gluski will present the squadron with 150 complimentary tickets to the Wildcats' June 21 home game against the Greensboro Prowlers.

The Wildcats are currently on a five-game win streak. They travel to Greenville, S.C.'s Bi-Lo Center to take on the Carolina Rhinos this Saturday night at 7:30pm.
