Wildcats to Hold Open Tryout

South Georgia Wildcats News Release
ALBANY, GA- The South Georgia Wildcats announced today that they will hold an open tryout on Saturday, November 4th, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, off-season home of Head Coach Derek Stingley.
The tryout is open to all athletes who are at least 19 years of age, and will be held at Tara High School, located at 9002 Whitehall Ave in Baton Rouge. Registration will begin at 9:00 am, with the tryout running from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. The tryout will consist of a 40 yd dash, 20 yd short shuttle run, standing long jump, 225 lb. bench press, and position drills. All participants are required to bring their own outdoor cleats and workout attire, as well as a $50 cash registration fee which is due the day of the tryout.
Local tryouts will be announced within the next couple of months.
