South Georgia Wildcats News Release
ALBANY , GA- The Wildcats have announced their theme nights for the 2007 season. Each of the 8 home games will have 2 or 3 group themes, ranging from Teacher Appreciation Night to Military Night.
Each themed group will have the opportunity to purchase Wildcats tickets at a discounted rate, as well as participate in special promotions throughout the evening. The Wildcats are aiming to reach out to the smaller communities within Albany, and hope to create a fun and entertaining atmosphere for each of them.
The Wildcats are also offering two "Youth Opportunity Nights," which will give local businesses the chance to sponsor groups of economically challenged children in the area, such as youth camps or school groups, allowing them to come to Wildcats games.
"We are excited about the upcoming season and the eight nights of entertainment," said Wildcats General Manager Darren McPhail. "We feel these various nights will give all local communities the change to experience arena football and the South Georgia Wildcats."
The Wildcats play their first game of 2007 on Saturday, March 31st against the Arkansas Twisters at the Albany Civic Center on Cooper Tire Field. For ticket information, call the Wildcats at 229 435 0205.
