November 29, 2005 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Wichita Falls Wildcats News Release
The Wildcats added more depth to their blue line by acquiring Doug Robinson from the Helena Bighorns. The 6-1, 202 pound dual citizen from Cambridge, ON, will be a nice addition to the injury depleted defensive corps of the Wildcats. Through 17 games this season with the Bighorns, Robinson tallied 1 goal, 7 assists, and 12 penalty minutes.
When asked about the newest addition to the Wildcats, Coach Meisner had this to say, "We are excited to get more experience on the blue line. With injuries to our defense, he will add some good depth and veteran leadership in the locker room". Robinson was acquired for future draft considerations.
