Harlingen--- The 2012 United League Playoffs begin tonight at Harlingen Field with the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings hosting the Edinburg Roadrunners at 7:05 p.m.
United Division "Triple Crown" winner Celson Polanco (12-4) pitches for Rio Grande Valley against Edinburg lefty Miguel Martinez (11-4).
It is game one of a best-of-three series, with the remaining game(s) played in Edinburg. Seats are $7 and sold on a best-available basis, with $2 off for seniors (65 and over) and children (12 and under).
Gates open at 6:05 p.m., and first pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. For more information, call the WhiteWings' front office at 956-423-WING.
