
Weekly Update - Chicago Fire to Face Toronto FC at BMO Field on Saturday

BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. - The Chicago Fire will play its second away match of the 2019 season when the team travels to face Toronto FC at BMO Field on Saturday, April 6. Beginning at 2:00 p.m. CT, Saturday's match will be broadcast live on ESPN+ and transmitted locally on Univision Radio 93.5 Latino Mix.
Entering Saturday's contest - the 30th regular season meeting between the two teams - the Men in Red (1-2-1, 4 points) are coming off its first win and clean sheet of the 2019 campaign after defeating the New York Red Bulls 1-0 at SeatGeek Stadium on March 30.
Toronto FC enters Saturday's matchup with an unbeaten start (3-0-0, 9 points) to the 2019 season. In its most recent match, the Eastern Conference club tallied a 4-0 win over New York City FC on March 29 at BMO Field. Three players rank tied for the most goals (2) on the team, including Jozy Altidore, Michael Bradley and Alejandro Pozuelo.
Bastian Schweinsteiger, Dax McCarty receive MLS Team of the Week Honors
Bastian Schweinsteiger was named to the MLS Team of the Week for Week 5 after helping the Men in Red claim its first clean sheet victory of the 2019 campaign.
Additionally, Dax McCarty was listed on the Team of the Week bench for the first time this season. The match against the Red Bulls marked McCarty's fourth straight 90 minute performance to start the season.
Chicago Fire Announces its 2019 Theme Matches
The Chicago Fire Soccer Club today revealed its full list of Theme Matches and Special Promotions for the 2019 home season. Through these events, the Fire will highlight important club and league initiatives and provide unique experiences for fans at select home matches throughout the year.

Eleven Fire Games to be Aired on Univision Radio 93.5 Latino Mix in 2019
The Chicago Fire announced today that 11 of its 34 regular season matches will be aired on Univision Radio 93.5 Latino Mix during the 2019 MLS season.
A member of the Univision Radio family, 93.5 Latino Mix is a Spanish radio station that serves the greater Chicago metropolitan area.
Below is the full slate of matches that will be featured on 93.5 Latino Mix. The Fire's additional league matches will remain on Univision Radio WRTO AM 1200.
