The Saskatchewan Roughriders are back at Mosaic Stadium for a massive West Division showdown against the visiting Edmonton Elks! While the Green and White have defeated the Elks twice this season already, the Elks have been creeping up the standings, winning three of their last four games. At this stage in the season, every game counts, so come cheer on your Riders down the stretch and into the playoffs!
We're blacking it out so we can light it up! Get ready for an electrifying visual extravaganza,as the Lights Out Game presented by NexGen Energy makes its return to Mosaic Stadium to light up the prairie sky! Be in your seats to start the night out right with our extra special Lights Out 'Bring Em Out' that is a favourite among fans and players alike. There is no other game quite like this so secure your tickets today!
In fact, this week's giveaway will bring you right into the Lights Out action with a free pair of Light-up Glasses! Fitting in perfectly with the theme, these green, glowing glasses allow fans to join in on the fun when the stadium goes dark during Bring Em' Out and the halftime show! Be one of the first 7,000 through the gates when they open at 6:00 p.m. to secure your own piece of the Lights Out experience.
In a very special Lights Out halftime show, Regina's very own pop/hip-hop star Tesher takes the stage! His hit singles "Young Shahrukh" and "Jalebi Baby" have garnered over 325 million streams on Spotify. In 2022, Tesher was nominated for the Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the Juno Awards! His high energy music in tandem with the lights, the 620 CKRM Rider Cheer Team and RiderFlo Dance Crew presented by Engelheim promises a halftime show unlike anything we've seen at a Roughrider regular season game before.
Get ready to kick off the night at Coors Light Party in the Park, starting off with a DJ battle between musical maestros DJ Tolley T and DJ Slimjim! It's sure to get the night started on the right note. The gates to the park open at 4:30 p.m.
Let the oversized fun begin as the park will feature a giant pong fan tournament! It's your favorite party game, super-sized and ready for action!Come show off your skills by sinking a medium-sized ball into a comically large cup!
Two legends will be present as 1989 Grey Cup Champions Jeff Fairholm and Alan Ford will be signing autographs in the park! A three time 1,000-yard receiver for the Green and White, Fairholm is also the record holder for the longest touchdown in Rider history at 107 yards. Ford spent his entire playing career with the Green and White, winning the 1966 Grey Cup. In 1989, Ford captured the Grey Cup as the Roughriders general manager!
Quench your thirst with ice-cold $5 domestic beers at Party in the Park and inside the stadium until kickoff!! Grab a brew, gather a few friends, and savor every moment of game day!
The pre-game slate will feature an on-field performance by the RiderFlo Dance Crew as well as a special pre-game light show that is sure to wow you and will get you ready for the game and halftime show! Don't miss out on this luminous night!
Reminders for the game
Your phone is your ticket! Don't forget to download the Rider App, powered by SaskTel, onto your smartphone and have your digital tickets ready before you come to Mosaic Stadium. We promise it's easy, but we created a tutorial video here and have a full FAQ and written tutorial at Riderville.com, just in case!
Please do NOT bring Large Purses, backpacks, or camera bags as they are prohibited. Thereis a clear bag policy for all Saskatchewan Roughrider games. Each fan, including children, can bring in one clear bag sized 12" x 6" x 12" or smaller. More details on the clear bag policy can be found here.
Bike Valet! Whether you arrive at the stadium on four wheels or two, there are options available! The bike valet opens at 5:30 p.m. on game day and is staffed by volunteers through REAL. The bikes are inside a fenced compound that is monitored throughout its hours of operation. Please note that your bike must be picked up within one hour after the game ends. The bike valet is located by the South-West exterior of the Stadium by Gate 1.
In transit? Rider Transit presented by WorkSafe Saskatchewan, is available to get you to Mosaic Stadium safely and easily! Free bus transit is available from various locations across the city Southland Mall, University of Regina, the Delta Hotel, Victoria Ave and Scarth Street and the Turvey Centre, starting two hours and 15 minutes before kickoff time. Please note: The Warehouse stop on 6th avenue and Rose Street is unavailable due to construction for the rest of the season. Two new stops are available - 5th Avenue and Hamilton Street as well as Broad Street and 7th Avenue.
Water Bottle Refill! Empty water bottles under 1L are allowed inside the stadium. Water bottle refill stations are located in the south end of the stadium, on either side of the SaskTel MaxTron.
Week 15
Running back Jamal Morrow continues to be an explosive weapon for both the ground and aerial attack. With 634 rushing yards, 26 passes for 213 yards in the air and 87 kick return yards, Morrow has 940 combined yards in 2023, which puts him in 12th place in the league.
The wide receiver trio of Tevin Jones, Shawn Bane Jr., and Samuel Emilus are all in the top 10 of the CFL in receiving yards with totals of 724, 699, and 671 yards, respectively. No other team has three players in the top 10. Combined, they have 17 plays that have gone 30 yards or longer.
Defensive back C.J. Reavis leads the Riders and is tied for second in the CFL with two fumble recoveries this season. In his second season in Green and White, Reavis is third on the team with 34 defensive tackles, while also adding five special teams tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack, and one forced fumble.
