The Indoor Football League (IFL) is proud to announce the Vidswap.com Players of the Week for Week 11.

Offensive Players of the Week: Nick Truesdell (WR, Bemidji Axemen)

The Bemidji Axemen (5-4) defeated the Green Bay Blizzard (0-9), 66-61 on Saturday night. It was the 3rd matchup between these rivals in 2014, all of which have been highly competitive (Axemen have won all three by a combined 15 points). The star of the night was Axemen WR Nick Truesdell (6'7, 240 lbs./Cincinnati). For the game, Truesdell caught 7 passes for 100 yards and 4 TDs. His size and speed have proven to be a deadly combination in the IFL. In just 6 games with the Axemen, Truesdell hauled in 28 catches for 402 yards and 9 TDs. Truesdell's talents have been noticed by the Green Bay Packers of the NFL and he has been invited to attend the team's mini-camp. We wish Nick the best of luck as he continues to pursue his dream of playing in the National Football League. Next up for the Axemen is a home matchup with the Tri-Cities Fever.

Defensively for the Danger, LB Pig Brown (5'11, 215 lbs./Missouri) was all over the field. For the game he tallied 12 tackles (4.5 for loss) and 2 sacks. Providing consistent pressure on opposing signal callers, Brown now leads the IFL with 9 sacks thus far in 2014. Nebraska will look to extend their lead in the Intense Conference with a road trip to take on the Wyoming Cavalry in Week 12.
