Wave United looking to extend ubeaten streak tomorrow night

Milwaukee Wave United, the Wave's A-League (outdoor) team will be looking to extend its club-record six-game unbeaten streak (5-0-1) tomorrow night, Saturday, July 17 when it hosts the Edmonton Aviators in a 7:35 PM match-up at Uihlein Soccer Park, 7101 W. Good Hope Rd. on Milwaukee's northwest side. Coach Art Kramer's team enters the contest with a record of 6-7-2 (20 points), including a 5-2-2 mark at Uihlein. It's the first-ever A-League meeting between Milwaukee and Edmonton (2-7-6, 12 points), as well as the first of back-to-back matches between the squads, with both teams scheduled to meet Thursday night (7/22, 8:05 PM CDT) at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton, AB.

The first 3,000 fans through the gates at Uihlein will also receive a 2004 Wave United Team Picture courtesy of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the Froedtert and Medical College Sports Medicine Center. Tomorrow night's festivities also include post-game fireworks. Wave / Wave United Soccer Camps in Full Swing

The 2004 Wave / Wave United Soccer Camp Program continues next week with camps at five different locations. All told, the 2004 Camp Program includes 57 different sessions in 32 locations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Walk-up registrations for day-camps are accepted every Monday starting at 8:30 AM.
