Wave Begins Preseason Slate Tomorrow

The Wave will play the first two of its three preseason games tomorrow, Saturday, October 9 when it takes on the Kansas City Comets and the Cleveland Force at the Darien Sportsplex in Darien, IL. Coach Keith Tozer's squad will battle the Comets at 10 AM before squaring off with the Force at 5 PM. Other games on tomorrow's slate include the St. Louis Steamers against the Force (1 PM) and the host Chicago Storm taking on the Steamers (7 PM). Milwaukee concludes its exhibition slate with a closed match against the Storm on Saturday, October 16, 11 AM at U.S. Cellular Arena.

Wave "Community Blitz" Starts Today – Coming Soon to a Community Near You!

The Wave kicks-off its "Community Blitz" today from 2-5 PM in Milwaukee as part of a program that will feature Wave players and front office staff members visiting local business establishments within a particular community. Upcoming communities to be "blitzed" include: Mequon (Tuesday, 10/12); Brookfield (Thursday, 10/14); Muskego (Friday, 10/15); Oak Creek (Tuesday, 10/19) and West Allis (Friday, 10/22).

Regular Season Kicks-Off October 23 at Chicago / Home Opener Friday, October 29, 7:05 PM v. Storm at U.S. Cellular Arena

The Wave opens the 2004-05 Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) regular season on Saturday, October 23, 7 PM against the first-year Storm at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago, IL. Milwaukee's home opener is slated for Friday, October 29, 7:05 PM when the Wave hosts the Storm at U.S. Cellular Arena featuring a post-game concert by the popular local group "The Love Monkeys."

Tickets for all Wave home games ($20, $16, $14, and $12) are available at the Wisconsin Center District (WCD) Box Office, located between U.S. Cellular Arena and the Milwaukee Theater at 510 W.
