BEAVERCREEK - The Dayton Warbirds have announced that The Browning Place, a Beavercreek tanning salon, has partnered with the team and will become the "Official Tanning Salon of the Warbird Flygirlz presented by The BLVD. Salon & Spa."

"I'm happy that this really worked out," said James Browning, owner of The Browning Place.

His tanning salon has been in business since 1987, and has been located since 1993 at 2330 Grange Hall Rd. in Beavercreek.

"After having dealt with Mr. Browning with other successful business ventures, I was excited to continue our working relationship through the next Warbird season and beyond," Warbirds Sales/Marketing representative Doug Worm said.

In preparations for the upcoming 2006 season, the Warbird Flygirlz presented by the BLVD. Salon & Spa will have their entire tanning needs taken care of at The Browning Place.

"This will be a help-help situation, in tat we get more people out to the Nutter Center to watch the Warbirds, and we get more customers to obtain a quality product from me," Browning said.

Browning added that he is committed to a long-term partnership with the Warbirds.

Worm said that the Warbirds Flygirlz would be well taken care of.

"His (Browning's) ability to provide tanning through out the season is something the Flygirlz will greatly appreciate," Worm said.

The Dayton Warbirds will once again play their home contests in the 9,500-seat Ervin J. Nutter Center at Wright State University.
