
Bulldogs Fall to Rage

DAYTON, OH- The River City Rage guarantees their trip to the playoffs after beating the Bulldogs 74-9 last night in St. Louis.
RB Maurice Douse led the Bulldog rushing with a net 44 yards. With 71 passing yards and 34 yards on kickoff returns, Douse totaled 149 offensive yards. His longest pass was a 40-yard touchdown pass to WR/S Lance Wilson in the fourth quarter. The touchdown added to K Jeff Hubbard's field goal from the second quarter.
Defensively, DB Jermaine Woods and Tommie Swell led the team with a total of four tackles each. Dontai Fikes sacked Rage QB Josh Lamberson for a loss of six yards.
The Bulldogs' record is now 2-6. Redemption from the past weeks will be sought in Twin City against the 0-7 Gators next Saturday June 3.
