Warbirds partner with new Fairborn restaurant

BEAVERCREEK - The Dayton Warbirds today announced that the Broad Street Grille restaurant in Fairborn has entered into an exciting sponsorship partnership with the team. The restaurant is located at 634 N. Broad St. in Fairborn. Broad Street Grille will be hosting a special "Meet the Warbirds' Night" every Wednesday night during the 2006 season. "We think it is great, they are so close to Fairborn that it naturally ties-in to the community," said Lawren Williams, Broad Street Grille Owner. "We can help bring the community to them and bring the community to us." Having a "Meet the Warbirds Night" will be a huge hit during the season, added Williams. "At Broad Street Grille we feel we have that having the players and coaches come here will allow fans to meet them face-to-face, and that is a real win-win scenario for us," Williams said. The Warbirds feel that the partnership will be very successful as well. "I think Broad Street Grille is great to have a as partner because they have the same goals as we do, and that is for quality football to be in the Miami Valley they are doing their part to bring fans closer to the team through the "Meet the Warbirds Night" event," said Warbirds Sales/Marketing Representative Doug Worm. "This generates a buzz about the Broad Street Grille," said Williams. "There is a lot of hoopla surrounding the Warbirds, and we want to be part of it. "We want to have a long-standing partnership tradition with them," Williams added. The Broad Street Grille has been in business since April of 2005. The Dayton Warbirds, LLC is the parent club for the Dayton Warbirds. The Warbirds are members of the National Indoor Football League, which has 22 member teams in the United States.
