
Walters Taking Anti-Bullying Message to Clara Barton School

Rochester native and Knighthawks forward Joe Walters will take the team's anti-bullying message to Clara Barton School #2 on Friday, March 28th.
The anti-bullying presentation, brought to you by Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning and Wellington Steele & Associates, is slated to begin at 10:30 a.m. at the school located at 190 Reynolds St. Walters will share his personal story of bullying and will present the 320 students, grades K through 4, with the Knighthawks' "We Got Your Back" anti-bullying message.
"I'm looking forward to speaking with the kids about the ongoing problems with bullying. I hope the students of Clara Barton will help me in the fight against bullying," said Walters
The event is the 16th of the season for the Knighthawks, who have visited over 8,000 kids since the program started in October 2012. If you would like to learn more about the Knighthawks' anti-bullying program, go to http://www.knighthawks.com/antibullying.

On Saturday, March 29th, the Knighthawks (9-3) will host the Edmonton Rush (11-0) at 7:30 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena. The contest features the top two teams in the National Lacrosse League. Tickets are currently available by calling (585) 454-4295.
